While we strive to respond in 24 to 72 hours, that may not always happen due to the higher levels of support at the moment. We assure you, no email will go unanswered and if your email is quite urgent, after the 7th day, you are welcome to send us another email but please, do NOT send us another email back to back email as that floods the system and by default, that will put your email on the ‘lagged’ list.
